La Mirada Community Regional Park

La Mirada Regional County Park is a beautiful and large park! It has a lake, tennis courts, and a fun disc golf course. Walking here was such a great way to enjoy nature and get some exercise. It’s really humongous!

While searching for a nice park with a lake, this beautiful, quiet,huge and clean park popped up on Google map. So glad to find it and very recommend for week days walk and weekends gatherings.

Disc golfer review: One of the coolest parks to throw some frisbees at. There are two full 18 hole courses, one on the "lake" side and a second on the back side. The park is relatively clean and kept up due to high volume of foot traffic and activities that may be going on, anywhere from tennis championship going down on the courts or little baseballers practicing for the big game...Handball courts and jungle gyms/playground areas are also available. Pretty big park to get your steps in!

We love this park, there are ground Squirrels we love to.come feed and the ducks . It's shaded and beautiful. Plenty of walking areas, work out area, bathrooms, dog friendly, perfect for large parties.

FIREWORKS show…. It is always hot during July but visiting the park getting ready for the fireworks is always fun for the family. We decided to arrive a bit later and more for the show. The park was packed as usual with all sorts of families and everyone was just enjoying the fun. There were about ten vendors selling funnel cake, Italian ice, tacos, Salvadoran food, corn on cob, and dry ice cream. There was live music playing with a proper amount of security making sure everything was ran smoothly.
